Dukes Education is looking for a passionate, native Teaching Assistant to join our team at Early Years Foundation Stage for the 2025–2026 academic year.
As an Assistant Teacher, you will support lead teachers in delivering high-quality English language instruction, helping students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Engage International School is a private trilingual school with almost 60 years of experience for students from 0 to 18 years old, excellently located in the centre of Majadahonda, Madrid.
It is characterized by its academic excellence being the 5th school in the Community of Madrid with the best results in the PAU.
Experience and Competences:
Demonstrable experience in teaching assistantship in EYFS.
Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum, British National Curriculum, or other international programmes such as the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) will be highly appreciated.
Personal Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Proactive attitude and willingness for innovation and for personal and professional growth.

Requisitos
Early Years Teaching Degree (Magisterio / Módulo de Educación Infantil).
C1 level of english (minimum).
